Heartland Home Healthcare and Hospice provides home health care, infusion and hospice services. Hospice is a special kind of care providing comfort care to the mind, body and spirit of clients in the final phases of a terminal illness, thus enhancing their quality of life. We provide a variety of services for the client and family, including Nursing, Social Work, Spiritual Care, Hospice Aide services, and Volunteer services. Friendly Visitor Volunteers provide socialization and companionship to clients, and brief respite to families. Clerical/Office Volunteers assist with clerical tasks in the office. We also have Vigil Volunteers who have specialized training to provide support to the client and family in the last hours of life.
